How to use the Hypnosis Session's
What does hypnosis feel like? |
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation. The relaxed physical
and mental state of hypnosis causes either a dulled awareness or at
times a super focused awareness. The mind just finds it too
much effort to really be bothered thinking or noticing too much, rather
it is easier to simply focused or think about what is being said during
the hypnotic session.
So hypnosis feels very comfortable
to us, in fact we go into a state of hypnosis all the time. Examples
include:
...... Reading, turning
the page and forgetting what you have just read
..... Driving and
arriving somewhere having forgotten the trip
..... Talking out
loud when concentrating
..... Daydreaming
A hypnotic session creates this state, deepens it and use the
phenomena available (while in hypnosis) to bring about the desired changes
through either straight suggestion or actual therapy. Ideally you want to feel very relaxed and in a place where it is too much effort to have to think. The level of trance will alter during a session sometimes you will be aware of what your thinking which could be anything, or it could be a focus on what the session is saying.
NB: Being asleep is not the same as being in Trance. If you fall asleep during a session it will not be working. So it is best not to listen just before you drop off to sleep. Rather take a time during your normal waking hours
How Often should I listen? |
You can listen as often as you like, however the following schedule is suggested
1st Week = 3-4 times
2nd Week = 2-4 times
3rd Week = 1-3 times
1-2 times a week thereafter until 3 weeks after the desired results have been obtained
If you have more than one session you can listen to both during the same period or use one at a time it is up to your own preferences. The more you use Hypnosis to change, the quicker subsequent results from further sessions will occur
